I strongly urge you, your friends, employer, and employees to immediately start using WhatsApp. In the event of cell tower outages, WhatsApp will remain functional as long as you have an internet connection, typically using your phone number.
Additionally, I recommend installing an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) for your home modem to ensure internet access during power outages.
