CloudHQ is a Gmail productivity tool that I’ve recently started using, and I’ve found it to be incredibly useful. The platform offers a wide range of features, and most of them are free!
I used to pay for a subscription to access some advanced features like Email Tracker and Email Campaigns for my blog mailings. However, I’ve since moved on from those and now rely solely on CloudHQ’s free tools, particularly their Email URL Links and the new Screenshot Tool, which is the focus of this post.
If you’ve followed my blog for a while, you know that I have a habit of adding text to my photos. Over the years, I’ve used various tools for this, with the most recent being the Snapseed app. But now, CloudHQ has made this process even easier with a simple extension for your Chrome browser.
Before diving in, I highly recommend watching their 2-minute tutorial. Those two minutes were all it took to convince me of just how simple and efficient this tool is to use.
