I will not be restocking/visiting mom this morning. I will return home after my minor surgery in Boardman, OH.  In lieu of visiting mom today (Friday) I will get to her tomorrow (Saturday morning) prior to my gathering of my four dearest friends (Bob, Sharon, Ron & Lori) at noon at "The 19th Hole". 

The following I sent to them yesterday.

So, here’s the scoop! Bobo let me know that you all were gearing up for birthday lunch for yours truly at the legendary Roadhouse this Saturday. BUT, plot twist! 🎊 My birthday has since come and gone like a fleeting shadow, and guess what? I hit the Roadhouse already on my special day! Surprise! 🥳 So, I’ll be passporting my absence from Saturday's fiesta!

Instead, hold onto your forks, because I’ll be cavorting at the illustrious 19th hole for a lunch rendezvous on Saturday! 🎉🍔 Anyone got an open calendar and wants to join the fun? Just remember, the “mystery lady” meeting me is NOT a romantic escapade, folks! 🤔💔 This is strictly a job interview situation. More of a meet & greet to assess each other.

Now, let’s rewind for a sec. Picture this: I throw my summer plans into the universe like confetti, hoping to volunteer in sunny Florida. But then, BAM! Reality hits! How could I possibly leave my dear mom all alone while I sip piña coladas? 🍹😱 My good pal Mary Ann, in her infinite wisdom, suggested I recruit her friend Barbara Hill, who happens to specialize in what I need! 🎩✨

So voilà! Barbara could swoop in and save the day restocking Mom once a week. And in the meantime helping out once a week while I bumble around like a headless chicken during those mid-week excursions to the wound care doctor Thomas Michael. 🐔🔄 No more triple-trips a week trying to juggle mom-care! PS .. like Mary Ann, Barbara also has worked for Tommy.

So if Barbara decides to tag along with us on Saturday, let’s play nice! And here’s a cheeky P.S.: make sure I behave too. I hear she's cute.
