Amazon came to the rescue once more. The staff noticed her daily use of the Echo Show to communicate with her kids and ingeniously used it to call me when she needed help yesterday about 4 pm. She was upset, threatening to involve the police if her car wasn't returned so she could leave. I arrived within the hour, calming her down and restocking her fridge. I entertained her with Jeff Dunham clips, lifting her spirits. Before leaving, I set up Alexa reminders on her Echo Show for upcoming activities. Amazon's technology has truly made a positive impact on her life.
